How credits work and what happens if you need more or fewer.
01What is a credit?
One credit creates a one- to two-minute video: script, visuals, voiceover, editing and captions. Subsequent edits to a sentence, shot, voice or captions use no extra credits.
02What if I don't use all my credits?
On the Creator and Pro plans, unused credits roll over to the next month.
03What if I need more videos?
The proposed top-ups add 10 credits for €15. You can also move to a higher plan.
04Can I change or cancel my plan?
The planned subscriptions will allow you to change or cancel from your account, taking effect the following month.
